Great for closer monitoring and rehabilitation

Core training for runners

One-one personal training strength sessions allow closer contact and monitoring between client and trainer. This is especially useful if you need maximum hands on to ensure correct technique. For example if you are rehabilitating from injury and need a greater fine tuned program. Greta will develop this program in liaison with your sports practitioner i.e. physio.

Or you may wish to attend with a friend which is a fun way to train together and splits the cost.

Outdoor location:
Meet at Queens Park on the Queens Park Road side by the BBQ area, across from the bus stop and Greta's place (52 Queens Park Rd). Manning St or Newland St are nearby cross streets into QP Road.

Other personal training options:
Water running / deep-water-based strength session. Excellent form of cross training for runners; strength & cardio building; aids recovery; additionally useful if you're rehabilitating from injury to replace your run sessions. Need deep water venue and a buoyancy belt.

Bookings required:
Please contact Greta to arrange a booking. These sessions are carefully designed and require regular attendance or continuation of a home program for optimum benefits.

Cancellations:
Please let me know well in advance if you cannot attend a session. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur the full payment.

Session rate:
$60 / hour
Payment is required in advance or at the session.

Home program development:
$60 to develop a home program for the client to continue on their own. This includes 3 mths monitoring & updates via regular email contact.

Home visit rate:
$80 / hour

Account Deposit / Cheque / Cash
