Training weekend Port Stephens

Rejoov Fitness was developed by Greta and Chris Truscott to assist runners and triathletes of all levels and anyone wanting to keep fit and healthy. Greta and Chris have long been passionate and competitive runners and triathletes and understand the exhileration that a healthy and fit lifestyle can produce.

We are sharing our passion by introducing newcomers to the sport and in helping those that wish to achieve specific goals in a fun and supportive environment.

Running and triathlons are extremely fun and social sports to optimise your health and fitness when done correctly. This is why Rejoov Fitness focusses on smart training and recovery methods.

Recovery beach run

Our next Running & tri training weekend will be on the idyllic NSW coast of Port Stephens Fri 23rd Nov through to Mon 26th 2012.

>>> Time to save the date for our running and tri camp. We have booked out the same apartment complex (Beaches). Please check your diaries and let us know if you are a tentative yes for now. Deposits will be due by mid June. We hope you are able to make it along for the 3 nights.

Train hard and have a fun summer long weekend away with friends. Pristine ocean to swim in, awesome running trails, great cycling routes and endless beauty to explore.

Rejoov Fitness provides education and further contacts regarding:
- Injury prevention / management
- Other health providers for running related health links i.e. sports nutrition and highly recommended treatment providers.

Rejoov Fitness aims to assist clients to improve their body's strength, core stability and running ability gradually and progressively with adequate recovery or rejuvenation methods in place so that performance can improve without motivational and physical breakdown or injury.
